Jessica Rafalowski is a beauty queen from DeLand, Florida who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.
Rafalowski won the Miss Florida USA 2008 title in a state pageant held in Hollywood, Florida on July 14, 2007. This was Rafalowski's first attempt at the title, and her second pageant competition after she won the Miss Volusia County USA local title in November 2006. She is the first Miss Florida
